Fares and payments
You’ll see your fare before you confirm. Tolls, extra wait time, or route changes you request may change the final amount, which is always shown on your receipt.
Cancellations
You can cancel a request in the app. A cancellation fee may apply once a driver has been assigned and is on the way.
Community guidelines
Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or misuse of the platform can lead to suspension or removal.
